  1. Reads like the brain dead D.A gascon up in L.A.
That's where the criminal is cared for more than the victim.
Citizens of Encinitas, Do Not let yourself or yours become a victim. Learn defensive moves. Gun, knife or garden rake.
In our neighborhood, we don't call 911... if you get my drift.
The leftist will get you killed.

  2. Sad commentary on society. The release of dangerous individuals even after their continuing repetition of crimes has to stop. The crime victim has cause to sue the County for creating this hazardous situation.
it does make one wonder if concealed carry isn't an option.

  3. See, in the ghetto city of chitcago, the leftist mayor who blamed the police for everything, mayor Beetle Juice, has asked the Federal Government for help to stop crime. But wait !!!!
I thought it was the fault of Law Enforcement...guess not.
Always keep an eye out for oddities in your surroundings. And teach your kids to do the same. You may be too dumb to recognize danger like many I see at local grocery stores so get help. Lock and load

  4. Lock and load? Is that all you have to offer? So typical of right wingers. You still support the notion of a Biden winning presidency not being legal?

Let's all bring guns to solve the problem. Just like Jan 6?

As a lifelong democracy supporter, how is that you continue to deny the insurrection for what it was? The treasonous behavior is undeniable.

If our unique democratic experiment is to survive, it will not be in your hands. Thankfully.

You are part of the problem and not the solution.

You deserve to rot in hell for selling out our nation over your party's preference for power.

Lock and load? OMG. Typical for your kind. Guns are the answer.

If our nation is to survive, it will not be because of your kind of thinking.

Recognize the the danger? Many of us with a brain do see what you are about.

You are a proud and ignorant member of the deplorable right wing democracy destroying trumpers.

What a sad and despicable lot you have hitched your wagon to.

We had slimy mikey to blame in the past for such braindead postings, but I suspect there are new willing candidates to take his place.

    1. If guns aren't necessary, then why do Police and Military use them? Hmmmmm? Or, should we provide a purse to our militia. You and your ilk are the reason the U.S is in the mess we are in now. But, maybe you can invite some of the 2 million infected illegals to your house for a meal. After all, they are brand new to the country.

  6. You do not need to look far to see how countries are run when guns are outlawed. The whole basis of the Brandon movement is to remove the fundamental safeguard of our amazing Constitution. Just look at Mexico. The only people who have guns are the outlaws and they all have them and rob people all the time. Also Mexico uses their military to police its own citizens. That will not work in a free America. I love the first and second amendments!

I even love the first amendment when a result is super stupid people like the Lword can write and share their twisted thoughts.

    2. 1:24...let me educate you. The citizens of the U.S are the
"largest arm group of people on the planet". Bigger than the U.S Army, Marines, Navy, National Guard and Coast Guard
      combined. Wake up.

    3. 7:02 "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Are all those armed Americans in a well regulated militia?

    4. 3:27...this is what you got out of that? well regulated militia? Different times then. But legal gun ownership is
just as relevant today. Perhaps you'll never understand as it reads as though you can't.

    5. 6:40 The quote IS the second amendment to the Constitution. It never meant that individual citizens should have sidearms and AK-47s. Read the whole amendment for its meaning, not just the last 14 words.

    6. 9:29, next time a knuckle dragging throwback attacks you or yours, hold up a copy of the 2nd amendment.
      That ill' stop em'.
Try reading less and looking around more. You'll be amazed at what you see.

    7. 9:29, pistols were around long before the Constitution was written. Pistols helped true Americans kick some British arse. Individual citizens fought, something I doubt the over-read know much about. By the way, automatic weapons have been around the late 1800's.

    8. 7:54 You're twisting the meaning of the second amendment by ignoring the context and cherry-picking so it meets your latter-day agenda. There's a big problem with your selective interpretation: it's wrong.

  7. 1:13am Well, look who has crawled out from his hole in the ground.

The slime master himself, Slimy Mikey.

As usual for him, he is wrong. Lynn does not post here. I do occasionally.

Slimy Mikey has been attacking Lynn for decades on this site when it has been me all along.

Your cognizant abilities are what they have been for years.

Nonexistent. Your are a sad excuse of a human being. Nothing new there.

Speaking of gone, you have been gone for many years in many ways.

Geez. This is Lword for sure. If not, its scary to think two people could be as stupid as Lword. Either way, carry on considering you've been gone for years anyway like your buddy Brandon. Lets Go!

  8. In case anyone reading was not aware, the victim of this crime died from his injuries, so this it now a case of murder that could have been prevented if not for catch and release. What will it take to raise awareness that this is not about Blakespear's claim that Encinitas citizens are "anti-homeless" but that people want to see that community members are not randomly attacked or killed?
