Thinking about ghetto birds. At 2:00p.m yesterday the plane flying in circles over Encinitas was Sorbi Aviation. Phone number 1-858-277-0312. Dangerous flying in circles over and over and over. The owner is a jerk but I am bypassing the jerk right to law enforcement. This is going to stop. The same goes for Coast Flight Training.
Encinitas is not a no fly zone. Even drones are allowed in all airspace’s. The cops won’t do shit. Hope a butterfly or bumblebee doesn’t fly in to your personal space…

IT'S SCHOOLS MAKING MONEY FLYING UP FROM MONTGOMERY FIELD IN SAN DIEGO TO OUR AREA, FLYING IN CIRCLES OVER AND OVER AND OVER. And, you are correct, the sheriffs dept will do "nothing". Five planes have gone down in San Diego County in the last seven months. On average 1000 go down yearly nation wide. The FAA does not call back and couldn't care less. NO WHERE in San Diego to these private planes fly in circles like this over 10's of thousands of people, their homes and schools. Training pilots and making money doing it over and over and over. The sheriffs can not pull themself out of VG donuts to give a ticket to a straight pipe vehicle blasting through town setting off car alarms, but they have no problem joy riding for hours in a Helo spraying spent fuel and noise over everyones home as they look for old Fred who is late getting home from his trip to 7-11. Great use of taxpayer money sheriffs. Our City Manager and City Council are not smart enough or strong enough to refine our police services. Its hopeless.
Update today. Two days ago the Sheriffs Department Terrorist Reporting gave me a phone number to call. WAIT for it... It was the FAA !!!! INSANITY. But after I left yet another message to the FAA and they didn't call back, I noticed today no flying circles over Encinitas. By the way, if anyone from the FAA reads this. I'll never stop. If these schools think they can fly over my house with my family inside, in circles over and over and over... That is a terrorist threat according to the Sheriffs Departmant and the FAA darn well better wake up. Just like circling someones house on a block in a car over and over.
Heard there was an arrest in connection with the fire and it was a homeless person. A deputy in the vicinity detained him as soon as the fire broke out.
Thanks Mayor BIAspear for inviting every homeless person in the world and every developer in the country to Encinitas for free living, section 8 housing and dirt cheap housing for anyone that wants to buy a home.
I heard the City is considering recyclable homes made with recycled plastic and cardboard and having community ports- potties. Go Mali and Blaskespear!!! Great idea!!
Everyone in Lakeside, El Cajon, El Centro, National City and Sanysidro should be able to afford to buy a home in Encinitas. Its not fair squawks Mali! Ohhh' I forgot. Yesterday a helicopter crashed in Miami just a very short distance from hundreds of folks on the beach. Then yesterday a L.A hilo went down in Newport Beach, one dead. Don't think this can happen in Encinitas? WAKE UP MORONS The FAA does nothing...ZERO.
