I cant even stand to watch this train-wreck of a City Hall. We have claimed the number one position of the most dysfunctional poorly run City in So CA.
We can thank ourselves for voting in these losers and we can thank these losers for hiring the worst City Manager in CA.
The best part of Encinitas is anything to do without the City Hall. The worse thing about Encinitas is anything the City Hall touches with her sticky gross tentacles. Sad but true.
When is it time to RECALL these idots! Starting with Blakespear! Maybe we should start with the low hanging fruit, like Mosca. He barely won and should be easy to replace.
The time to recall is when you have good, honest, people with true leadership skills to replace them. Then again, when is the last time anyone that fits that description was available to step up and be subject to the money slime machine. This is America. The money always wins because people are lazy and stupid.
The latest kiss up to the employees - Holiday Closure Beginning in December 2019, City Hall will be closed from Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day. The City will recognize Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve as regularly fix paid holidays and provide employees an additional floating holiday for a total of four (4) floating holidays. For the holiday closure days not covered by a paid holiday, employees will be required to take the time off without pay or use their accrued leave.
