Bioluminescent red tide is back

The ocean still looks muddy during the day, as if the silt from mid-April flooding is still floating around. That may be part of it, but there's also a bioluminescent red tide happening again. Check it out at night!

  1. Attention Citizens!

This is not a drill. This is a real public service announcement.

A really deadly and contagious virus is spreading in Africa that was thought to originate from a virus that passed to a mammal via a mosquito. The symptoms are horrible and extremely deathly for a certain segment of the population.

For people over 80 with underlying health concerns such as stage 4 lung cancer, obesity, diabetes, coronary heart disease, the odds are horrible. 1 out of every five will not live another 3 years.

The WHO has determined that in order to protect everyone, the best course is to shelter in place. By order of Mayor Blakespear, the City is closing all beaches and streets and you must stay inside except to collect you bread and TP from Government Workers who are Heros.

This is not a drill. We will provide you our next update June 28, 2020.

Repeat, this is not a drill. Stay in doors by order no. 2020- 0001-00087.

    Attention Citizens of Encinitas!

  4. For the whackadoodles that are always screaming about over population, this should be music to their ears. Cull the sick, they are fouling my air.
