Mosca thinks "it's good" that north west Leucadia is organizing. Those poor schmucks are years late to the party!!! Asleep at the wheel thinking Phony Tony is taking care of them...poor things. They're screwed!
I always thought of NW Leucadia as the place where the sirens always stopped. One would hear them coming from afar, closer and closer until nearby and then they would go quiet. The location of the urgent event could be divined from the reflection of the flashing lights on the tall trees that once stood along the highway. Can't really see the 101 these days since houses / multi-functional 40' buildings were build east of here.... and the trees were cut down.
- Not the economy - Not the high numbers of suicides - Not your children's lives destroyed - Not schools being shuttered for a year now for absolutely no scientific reason
No, I won't be moving to Fox Point Farms. I'm perfectly happy in my current home in old Encinitas (D2). What sort of exchanges are you referencing. I've always said I'm an open book; all you have to do is ask. And as always, why don't all of you super tough keyboard warriors actually put your names to your disparaging comments? I thought transparency was a good thing?
Amazingly no Jim Wang on the candidate list for appointment. Moving on my money is on Brett Farrow, architect/developer who almost never met a project he didn't vote to approve when on Planning Commission. Also known as the guy who never once agreed to continue the meeting past 10 pm.
From appearances also known as the dude who let "staff" run the show? Which would fit with not extending meetings to get more info? Taking bets, but I wouldn't bet against the house.
In between stares of non comprehension and a serious texting habit the mayor drops from the call for minutes on end. WTF is she even doing up there??
ReplyDeleteNice deflection.
DeleteHinze recused herself from the Davis family lawsuit because of a "close connection." Ask them what they think of her.

DeleteIt was once called Leucadia. We need to send some on council far northwest, Cardiff gets everything, where does the mayor live?

DeleteSo...all these fine folks got up and spoke hoping to be chosen and it turns out the mayor made up her mind in advance. M'okay, SOP.

ReplyDeleteBaldwin project is 485 units at the corner of Encinitas Blvd. and Quail Gardens Dr. Whoopee!
ReplyDeleteIs Marco the "legal advisor for entitlements" on this one, too?? Would explain his absence from this and other blogs. Busy advising.
Nope. I'm not advising on Baldwin.
DeleteGonzalez's developer campaign PAC received over $9,000 dollars from the Sage Canyon developer.
ReplyDeleteSafely can say there are exchanges happening? Anyone know if Gonzalez is moving to Foxpoint Farms? Grover is.
