Reportedly no one killed, pilot OK, perhaps some auto injuries.

    1. I'm here. And, I am an expert in these small planes flying over and over in circles in the skies of Encinitas.
Just eight months ago, all day, these planes from Montgomery Field were placing this community at risk.
I...Me...got it reduced by 90 percent...NOT one of you.
I continue and WILL TRIUMPH over this serious safety invasion from the flight schools. And by the way,
The local FAA is without question, USELESS.
When mapped, traced and investigated, I, know who owns the planes and I make the calls.
These jerks flying these planes couldn't care less, but I make em' care. By the way, nation wide, on average,
1,000 private planes crash yearly. Don't believe me?
Look it up yourself as these are U.S Government numbers. How's that 12:28 ?
And yes, man made global warming is still a lie.

  2. Well thank you 1246. It sounds like you’re just a pure godsend.?

I’m glad you are so fond of yourself. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Can you do the same for that fucking empty mind blasting polluting train that wastes taxpayers money and mows people down every month?

  4. 2:56- More like fact slayer.

Nothing trollish about facts. Maybe you like people getting mowed down or empty wasteful and damaging trains or super loud noise that causes increased dementia and harms the growing minds of our children, or maybe your particularly fond of all the spent diesel fuel spewing out along with all the dust that our children get the choke on.

Or do you particularly love the new fencing that’s blocking all of our residence from walking to the beach and getting out and exercising. Maybe with all the less activity in Leucadia everybody will get a little more plump like Mr. Kranz. heart attack anyone?

    Whatever you’re liking I don’t think I agree and I think you’re a troll.

Later troll. You’re probably one of those asswipes that voted for Tony Kranz! ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿ‘Ž

The government and air ports/fields do their best to

Planes circling homes are very unsafe, period.

  6. And some worry the growing length of freight trains poses its own safety hazards by tying up tracks, blocking travel and even making crossings deadly.

The derailment of an Amtrak train in central Missouri last month after it collided with a dump truck, a crash that killed four people, has restarted conversations about railway safety nationally.

    https://www.cjonline.com/story/news/state/2022/07/17/after-missouri-train-derailment-kansas-officials-railway-safety-risks-kdot-bnsf-legislature/7814274001/

Whats even worse with our Coast and our local Amtrack is the ridership is pathetically low. All this damage to our community for nothing but creating hazardous toxic cancer causing empty death machine. Why is this happening in todays society. Its not like it's 1880 and people actually ride diesel burning slow trains anymore.

You can thank Kranz for this huge failure. He was behind every vote servicing NCTD until he fired himself last December at a City Council meeting. He voted for this insanity and he voted to fence off all of Encinitas and Del Mar's coastline and build massive seawalls that decimate our beaches.

You know why? Because they are slow and are not a good option.

  7. The announcement came after the Rail, Maritime and Transport union said workers will strike on July 27.

Union leaders want a pay rise to combat soaring inflation — currently at 9.1 percent — and a deepening cost-of-living crisis as energy and food bills climb.

Last month tens of thousands of railway workers staged three days of strikes, paralyzing the country’s train network in the biggest transit strike for three decades.

The government says the country’s rail network is in dire need of modernization, and train companies are seeking to cut costs and staffing because passenger numbers have dwindled after the coronavirus pandemic.

Transport Secretary Grant Shapps said the new strike announcement was “incredibly disappointing.”

Can't wait for the coming gridlock, all that diesel pollution, and no way to move. Thanks Kranz!

    1. The air pollution from trains is nothing compared with the air pollution from cars and trucks. Stop the train rants. We've read them all.

    2. Not true. Cars and trucks are going electric faster than you can destroy all of Encinitas. Sorry Kranz your polluting ear blasting train sucks and you suck.

    3. 6:26 You're as dumb as a rock. 12:49 is not Kranz. Go stand on an overpass and count the cars and trucks on the freeway. 99% are gas and diesel.

      Delete
    4. If 12:49 is not Kranz, they sound about as stupid. One person in a Hummer getting 10mpg going to San Diego and back burns 4 gallons of gas for 40 miles. 2 people driving in a Camry getting 20 mpg doing the same trip burn about 2 gallons or gas or 1 gallon per passenger.
Then you have about 5 people per train burning hundreds of gallons of Coaster diesel fuel per trip, plus all the dust clouds, plus all the wasted fuel at all the RR xings where congestion spikes because of the unused empty trains that run 30 trips a day. Not to mentions the mind rotting noise blasts thousands of times a day for no reason. You can see all that spent diesel fuel spewing out the top of the engines. Waste, waste, waste....

      Cancer, cancer, cancer.....

dementia causing and brain rotting for our tired kids brain due to lack of deep sleep.

      Senseless, senseless, senseless....

Some have written they are tired of hearing about the damage from the empty polluting Coaster human mowers. Well those that live, work and play are tired of hearing "A Shave and a Haircut, Two Bits" at 110 Decibels a hundred times a day.

Only Kranz would vote to increase service of an empty train service with its ridership tanking for years prior to COVID. Only Dalakranz.

  10. The freight trains are the real money maker for the railroads.

Passenger trains, as we can see when they pass by, are a loss leader of sorts.

No one, not even tony or NCTD will ever have any power over the number of freight trains.

The most we can hope for is that the tracks get moved inland near the 5, and fix the division of our community that the rails without enough resident at grade crossovers could have provided if they were ever built.

Lowering the racks was never genuinely supported by our council. One has to ask why, besides the cost when it could have been feasible which it is not these days.

Where was Sandag? They could have been helpful. What good has Sandag ever done us besides dumping outrageous housing numbers on us. They stuck us with being labeled as an urban community and thus more housing required.

Suburban classification requires populations of less than 60,000 or so. Who is responsible for that number? None other than Sandag. Screw them and screw their urban status for this suburban community.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. 2:00 So if they move the tracks away from your home it's all good..right? I get it you are a selfish prick. Why don't you move?

      Delete
  11. 3:32- no you freaking moron. if they’re moved away from the beach and in a tunnel under I5 and they are all electric they would not cause all of the existing damage.

But high-speed rails will never work in San Diego. They only work in areas that have large high-rise urban areas like Singapore and Shanghai and high-speed rail can connect the high density areas.

High speed rail will never work in suburbia San Diego county. Stupidest plan ever developed by SANDAG. Of course Blakespear and Kranz are behind it.

Electric Air travel is the future.
Sandag is always looking in the rearview mirror and projects the past. Losers.

    1. You nailed it. SANDAGS plan is to look in the rearview mirror of flailed planned systems and then try and sell them as the future.

Experts impressed by armed bystander's response at Greenwood mall shooting

Police said Eli Dicken had no police training or military background and learned to shoot from his grandfather.

INDIANAPOLIS — A new timeline from Greenwood Police show it only took 15 seconds for the Greenwood mall shooting to come to an end.

Police reviewed surveillance video that showed the moments the suspect left the food court bathroom to the time Eli Dicken pulled out his gun, aimed and took out the threat.

Autopsy results also revealed the suspect was hit eight times from about 40 yards away. Police say Dicken fired 10 rounds.

Those numbers are impressing many gun experts and owners.

  18. 8 hits from 10 rounds...that's not toooo bad. I couldn't be that good at 120 feet, and I am ex military. I better get to the range more. : ))))

The problem with anti gun people...they know nothing about guns. In fact, it isn't guns that are crazy...IT'S PEOPLE.
If they are so concerned about guns then why not cars? Cars kill many more people every year across the nation than guns. Guns pale in comparison to car deaths.
    Wake up people.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. 9:03 You brainless turd. Very few car deaths are intentional. They're accidental. People don't use cars as weapons. Crazy people and angry people use guns to intentionally kill people because they're easier than, say, knives and can be used from a distance. And in far too many cases as the means of mass murder. Japan has few guns and very few deaths by guns.

    2. Not true Namecaller.

There are thousands of people run down each year. Mass murders by car. The press just does not go off as much.

How short your memory. You might think about moving to an area that’s quieter so you can get better sleep and not have as much memory loss

Darrell Brooks Jr., the Wisconsin man accused of driving a car through a Christmas parade last November, fatally striking six and injuring dozens, pleaded not guilty to 77 counts, including six felony homicide charges, at an initial court hearing Friday.

Brooks, 39 faces up to life in prison if convicted.

    3. "Brainless turd" is not a name. It's a characterization.

"In 2020, the most recent year for which complete data is available, 45,222 people died from gun-related injuries in the U.S., according to the CDC."

The number of people intentionally killed by cars in 2020 is nowhere near that number.

      Delete
    4. Hey 7/22...is that the same CDC that wants everyone to get vid shots and 3 more boosters? The same CDC that claimed you won't get the vid if you are vaccinated?
      That CDC?
Also, the gun topic was about neutralizing shooters.
Not suicides which is the majority of deaths caused by use of a gun. So do not lump all gun deaths into one. It doesn't work that way.
The CDC...another bad joke of late

  19. 9:03- spot on. What about alcohol? What about fast food?

What about bad decisions from prior presidents to invade and occupy other countries?

  21. Getting back on subject. Three days ago I contacted Montgomery Field to ask them to pass along a message. I mentioned that if the planes continue to circle over Encinitas over and over, coming from that airport, and that we, some of the local boys, are going to visit these training schools, to have a little chat. They "will not" continue flying in circles over our families' homes. Placing our families at risk so that they can make money. Nope.
