No details about the facts and circumstances of the case other than the alleged victim was John Toro and it happened on or about July 28, 2014.
Given Morris' usual public demeanor, it wouldn't surprise anyone to learn that he had a physical confrontation. There appears to be no information as to why the charges were dropped.
If Morris is serious about running for mayor, he should explain the circumstances of the event.
Kranz has and is continuing to ruin Encinitas

Supports more train noise, supports fencing off the coastline, supports increased massive density in our arid desert, and supports taxing you all a lot lot more for paying for these homeless benefit
Thanks go Kranz, Encinitas as welcoming city. sanctuary city, welfare city and inviting throughout the state and all of Southern California to open our doors and our paychecks and our taxes to the homeless.
ReplyDeleteKranz needs to take ownership of his shitty decisions that caused that huge increase in homelessness in Encinitas, extremely loud train noise for no reason, fencing off the coastline for no reason, an increase in density big-time in Leucadia while he denied it in other areas like Encinitas Ranch.
Kranz is very damaging to Encinitas.
Anyone that has voted for Kranz and has a Tony Kranz sign in front of their house is an enemy of Encinitas and I do not like them.

Jeff was granted a 5 year restraining order against John to protect his family after the judge determined John was the aggressor who targeted Jeff’s son who was only 6 years old at the time.

A banty rooster in the yard, kickin' up dirt and squawking about everything/nothing? Drawing attention from the real race between Kranz and Cremona? Can we now focus on the viable candidate who can possible displace the ol' Encinitas crony Kranz? Cremona is our only chance to get rid of Kranz - who has been astoundingly crappy in representing the residents of Leucadia. He appears to be co-opted by developers and stupid regarding SANDAG. Why can't we have a quiet zone? Why did he not ask for trenching dollars? The guy is a dumbfuck who does care about those who live here / own homes / pay taxes.
