Flood the five roundabouts, add a couple more fountains amd a few lasers and we will have an awesome dancing waters, water show... Grand Haven Michigan will be outdone! Only viewable by train or from Vulcan, According to Encinitas Engineering and the Planning folks, residents living west of the 101 will not be impacted by the improvement.
This is not the council fault, BUT they do need to be replaced!!!

This was all a conspiracy to test 101 as a canal. Get rid of the cars, operate gondolas. Vote out the boat loving council!
