Robert Lorifice, a North County professional skateboarder, and his then-girlfriend Elizabeth Alexandra Landis, pleaded guilty in federal court today to possessing methamphetamine and heroin with the intent to distribute. Each of the two counts carries a maximum of 40 years in prison.
Lorifice and Landis admitted to possessing the methamphetamine, heroin and other controlled substances with the intent to distribute them and that Lorifice, with Landis’ assistance, coordinated deals utilizing phone calls, text messages and communication through other apps; and they admitted to selling methamphetamine, heroin and other controlled substances for money.
Lorifice has owned his home in a quiet neighborhood of New Encinitas since 2007.
Probably a plea bargain. Facing decades in the joint, they cop a plea. Also, they rat on everyone in the distribution chain - especially the drug source, if they know it. Generally, cartel drug sales involve anonymity in the distribution chain, so that if someone is busted, they won't be able to finger anyone.
ReplyDeleteBTW, do you know where I can buy some dope in town for my teenage kids? They keep nagging me and now since it's legal I was hoping that one of you may know. Maybe I should start with the new Skate Park at the Community Park.
ReplyDeleteTorrey Holistics near the 5/805 split. Great selection. Your teenage kids will love the products. So will your wife, who will thereafter probably be able to tolerate you. You're welcome.
ReplyDeleteI guess getting a job that was legal wasn't something to be considered.
ReplyDeleteSkating while loaded. The Feds will now take every dime this guy has - he is finished professionally and financially. He'll be lucky to be a "Hotdog on a Stik" cadet when he is out of prison at age 50.
ReplyDeleteHis prison name is going to be Orifice. No joke.
ReplyDeleteI just spotted what look like an illegal alien pouring gasoline into a leaf blower. Naturally I called ICE and the City of Encinemas Code Enforcement. This is the communist way of ratting out your neighbors people. I suggest all of you do the same!
ReplyDeleteAnd it looks like one of Encinitas' old activists has been committing voter fraud. What's this community becoming?
