  4. Slam dunk. BIA demands it. You resident's can suck the developer's privates and as Mali says, Get the hell out of here and move the AZ!

Kranz will say a bunch of shit, Its already been agreed, the other will approve it following BIA's sellout direction and they will allow Kranz to oppose it to act like he listens to resident to try and help is pathetic run for Mayor.

We all no Phony Tony- He is a fricken sell out coast killing fencing supporting, seawall supporting, Beacon closing, train horn blast growing, density bonus stack and pack supporting fucking loser!

Tony must Go. Recall Kranz Now!

  5. How is it OK for Blakespear to come and go as she pleases during a council meeting?

I guess it's as OK as appointing Prendergast outside of city policy.

As it is ok to review a revamped project for approval instead of following protocol and sending it through the planning commission first.

    2. Goodson just threatened the Council by saying the AG says we have to build it. WOW! Bet there will be a 5-0 vote. Vote all of the Council out and don't let Blakespear go to the Senate.

  12. It's McCain Lane, not Street, Road, Avenue or Boulevard. It's a little, skinny alley. It will be the only way in and out for multiple hundreds of residents in 250 apartments plus the existing traffic for the pre-school and whoever else uses the alley. Aside from the fire danger cited by RSF and Olivenhain residents, having that little lane as the only way in and out is insane.

  23. I was surprised. I thought Kranz would purposely do a no vote even though he supports it to act like he listens to Citizens. He’s just like BIA and thinks that his shit does not have any repercussions with existing citizens.

      Why?

      -low flow fixture regulation
      -drip irrigation systems
      -xeriscaping
-water recycling for golf course, medians, and parks
-conversion of thirsty green house ops to lower consumption residential.

The pool is a net zero water user thanks to conservation efforts we're funding in the surrounding golf course and community. We're also paying mitigation fees to facilitate groundwater recharge (as well as onsite aquifer replenishment) and creating a fund to facilitate other conservation efforts offsite. The water story and our local support are important reasons why our project received unanimous approval and others are having difficulty getting through the process.

  53. Did you see what happen to BIAspear's plan that calls for three half-cent sales tax increases by 2028, as well as so-called road charges on drivers of 4 cent/ mile road charge so they can open more alignments of empty polluting human mowing machines and make everyone take buses?

Well read below. Their faulty plan ran straight into a diesel burning full speed locomotive and was mowed down like the dozens of people mowed down per year by the empty Coaster?

time and time again, if Blakespear touches it, it's a failure.

    https://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/news/transportation/story/2022-06-10/tax-hike-airport-transit

The comment at the bottom of the article nails it.

The SANDAG proposal is the wrong plan for San Diego County. It shorts our freeways, dumps money into mass transit that few use, wants to fund a high speed rail from the border to Oceanside but our existing tracks force the trains that use them to slow to 30 mph or less in spots. Why should we pay for a high speed rail that pokes along?

Then there is SANDAG's history of bait and switch, where they move money to cover overruns and do not complete projects that were promised, all without telling the voting public. Lastly there is the ever changing list of project they "Promise" to fund.
SANDAG you fooled us once, you have no credibility and what you want to do is not what San Diego needs.

If their ballot measure get to November, I'm voting NO.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Blakespear is and has been a disaster for our community and beyond. Her opponent needs to ask her about the SANDAG credit card scandal and ask if she was one of the credit card holders. If so, will she reveal her expenditure records for the period in question? Not likely, as it appears that she has something to hide, given her avoidance to address the issue.

Answer: not surprising you've got an impressive "water story" to tell. Did you get unanimous approval from local residents or just the officials whose rubber stamp you needed? You want too badly to play big boy developer and that's the long and short of it.

Too bad you won't put your hot air where your money is and actually do something for the brown community you claim to care so much about. You and Mali Woods Drake and the fauxgressive Blakespear, frauds all. You've added more Measure U property owners to your PAC, at the ready to put Kranz in office. Own it already.

    1. That's a lot of writing to not actually say anything. Our DSRT Surf project in Palm Desert had no opposition at Planning Commission and City Council hearings, and received unanimous approvals.
