A woman died after her minivan crashed into a retaining wall in Encinitas Tuesday night, Dec. 19, sheriff’s officials said.
The collision was reported just after 11:30 p.m. on Via Cantebria near Via Montoro.
Investigators determined the vehicle was headed north on Via Cantebria when, for some reason, it left the road, struck a pole or a streetlight, and then crashed into the wall, officials said. Deputies and paramedics tried to help the woman, but she died before she could be taken to a hospital.

A friend got severely injured by an careless driver - she spent months in rehab and has no car. The offender was a 20 some year old male, no insurance and an out of state residence. The cops let him drive his car off, no citation and he has vanished. No recovery for damages possible. Get max uninsured driver insurance - now illegals will be flooding the roadways with no coverage.

The open border is out of control. Most of Europe has sealed their borders, as they've already experienced the problems associated with uncontrolled entry. We will see problems arising - crime increase, strained charity organizations, homelessness, conflict between local and foreign homeless (already seen this locally). Biden is attempting to lose reelection with his lack of border control.
