The person behind the study was granted a government contract because she was friends with Mali. The owner of the company who made the report publicly hated Black Men and White people. The City Council needed to throw that report in the trash and go back and start all over with the bidding process. I wonder how this is going to look when the State finds out that the City of Encinitas used a biased and flawed report developed by a person with public racist comments on facebook. Jeff was full of energy and life, honest, and a homegrown Californian. After living and raising his kids in Encinitas and seeing how our counsel was changing Encinitas for the worse, he became instrumental in starting an activist group to expose the corruption we were seeing in Encinitas. Jeff extensively researched the problems in Encinitas and was passionate and cared about saving our town, which led to his run. Cindy only joined the activist group near the end, riding on Jeff’s coat tails. Then she discovered the Clark project was slated to be put in adjacent to her dead end street, and that they planned on using her dead end street for one of their construction access points, and that changed everything.
Additionally, in contrast, to Jeff’s knowledge from being a native Californian, and long time local Encinitas resident, Cindy Cremona was a NYC outsider, who had very little knowledge of our town just like the imported, appointed people we have on our counsel right now. Like them, Cindy didn’t have investment in our town, and could care less about Encinitas (just her neighborhood street that would be affected by the Clark project). It’s interesting to note that Cindy supported Jeff all along, and only decided to run after Jeff announced his run for Mayor. Cindy’s motive and reason to eat own of her own, was to stop the newly announced Clark development slated to go in adjacent to her home. Her motive was not for the higher good of Encinitas. After all, Cindy knew running against Jeff would split the votes, but didn’t care! She also quickly saw that she was way behind Jeff in raising campaign money donations. That alone was a clear signal people weren’t enamored with her. She shouldn’t have announced to begin with since she’d glommed onto Jeff’s activist group at the tail end when he was already slated to run. But again, she didn’t care because she’s not a team player. Cindy had another chance to redeem herself by doing the right thing and bowing out gracefully when she saw her donations were trailing way behind Jeff’s. She and Jeff had made an agreement after she announced her intention of running for Mayor, that whoever got the least donations in the first quarter would drop out. Jeff was able to garner much more in donations. But Cindy went back on her word, and didn’t drop out as promised. This and other tings earned her the reputation of being dishonest. Many of us in Cindy’s neighborhood who donated to stop the Clark project, may have been swayed to donate to her campaign, if she hadn’t been so dishonest and bailed on us. Yep, after getting all us neighbors to donate money to her, to stop the Clark project, Cindy baled on us! She was perfectly content making a sneaky behind closed doors deal with the builder to not access HER dead end street, but left all us neighbors behind who generously donated to her high and dry! So it became apparent that Cindy was totally self serving. She was even a ‘NO SHOW’ at the council meeting where she’d promised to lead the cause of going up against the builder to help us stop the Clark development. A really sneaky stunt to grab people’s money, then bail on them (again, not a team player). Due to that, other NO SHOWS and shady things, she earned the nickname of Sneaky Sindy. These are only a handful of reasons Jeff got the 7,000 votes that you STILL don’t understand. I hope that helps.

But it was to no avail.
After all, Kim and Jeff didn’t want anything to do with Tracey before, or after, Susan and Cindy kicked her out. Besides, Jeff and Kim, (particularly Jeff) have street smarts, and were on to her. Even prior to the previous events, Jeff and Kim knew Tracey was a mole, trying to get info from them to take back to Cindy and Susan. Thus Jeff and Kim were cordial when running into Tracy at events, but kept her at a politically polite distance, and wouldn’t let her into their inner circle. After all, they didn’t want to be associated with Tracy, Natalie, Susan, and Cindy.
Kim and Jeff also knew Tracey had gotten the boot from Susan and Cindy, because she whined about it to them, and anyone else who’d listen!
So in the aftermath of Tracey being kicked to the curb by Susan and Cindy, she made a desperate attempt to try and be relevant by going on her rampage of defacing signs/stealing, spree.
If the Susan, Cindy, Natalie, Rachel, alliance keep playing these dishonest games of trying to pin their actions on Jeff, who isn’t even here to defend himself, and who long ago moved to greener pastures, then they deserve what they get w/Kranz and the rest of them. After living and raising his kids in Encinitas and seeing how our counsel was changing Encinitas for the worse, he became instrumental in starting an activist group to expose the corruption we were seeing in Encinitas. Jeff extensively researched the problems in Encinitas and was passionate and cared about saving our town, which led to his run. Cindy only joined the activist group near the end, riding on Jeff’s coat tails. Then she discovered the Clark project was slated to be put in adjacent to her dead end street, and that they planned on using her dead end street for one of their construction access points, and that changed everything.
Additionally, in contrast, to Jeff’s knowledge from being a native Californian, and long time local Encinitas resident, Cindy Cremona was a NYC outsider, who had very little knowledge of our town just like the imported, appointed people we have on our counsel right now. Like them, Cindy didn’t have investment in our town, and could care less about Encinitas (just her neighborhood street that would be affected by the Clark project). It’s interesting to note that Cindy supported Jeff all along, and only decided to run after Jeff announced his run for Mayor.
Cindy’s motive and reason to eat own of her own, was to stop the newly announced Clark development slated to go in adjacent to her home. Her motive was not for the higher good of Encinitas. After all, Cindy knew running against Jeff would split the votes, but didn’t care! She also quickly saw that she was way behind Jeff in raising campaign money donations. That alone was a clear signal people weren’t enamored with her. She shouldn’t have announced to begin with since she’d glommed onto Jeff’s activist group at the tail end when he was already slated to run. But again, she didn’t care because she’s not a team player. Cindy had another chance to redeem herself by doing the right thing and bowing out gracefully when she saw her donations were trailing way behind Jeff’s. She and Jeff had made an agreement after she announced her intention of running for Mayor, that whoever got the least donations in the first quarter would drop out. Jeff was able to garner much more in donations. But Cindy went back on her word, and didn’t drop out as promised. This and other tings earned her the reputation of being dishonest. Many of us in Cindy’s neighborhood who donated to stop the Clark project, may have been swayed to donate to her campaign, if she hadn’t been so dishonest and bailed on us. Yep, after getting all us neighbors to donate money to her, to stop the Clark project, Cindy baled on us! She was perfectly content making a sneaky behind closed doors deal with the builder to not access HER dead end street, but left all us neighbors behind who generously donated to her high and dry! So it became apparent that Cindy was totally self serving. She was even a ‘NO SHOW’ at the council meeting where she’d promised to lead the cause of going up against the builder to help us stop the Clark development. A really sneaky stunt to grab people’s money, then bail on them (again, not a team player). Due to that, other NO SHOWS and shady things, she earned the nickname of Sneaky Sindy. These are only a handful of reasons Jeff got the 7,000 votes that you STILL don’t understand. I hope that helps.
